I've been craving to listen to the 2nd and third books and will persevere but heartbreakingly this fragmented artificial monotone voice strips the life out of the authors' writing and sounds mundane and drab, but could easily be painted vibrantly verbally with what could be Stephanie Soo's brilliant ability to honour the authors skill and heart in her story telling rendition which is told sparing no twist, suspence or details to keep you hooked and wanting more .. thank you for providing this audio of book...going to try changing speed or something to kick some life into this reading because the author writes brilliantly but this voice cannot create the vibe of this brilliant puzzle twisting journey.... Appreciate hearing it though as Ive been pining for it, but sadly cannot afford new books, audio book memberships, streams etc. MissMango Butt ... Stephanie Soo .......... Truly creates audio magic telling this story with intricate details of story plots, emotional moments describing the love triangles, confusion, bringing these characters to life with every nuance the author gifted them and lures you into this elaborate house and the mystery, literally bringing you to tears , laughter or goosbumps as you listen to the plot unfold and the unfolding mystery leaving you wanting more as the story is told lovingly respecting such a gifted clever author by sharing every page and plot so precisely full with detail you can see everything in your imagination like they've been your best friends for years. ❤
@@lissadirrim3949 1.4 for me! That break in audio is excruciating, I think AI has tried to make the page turning effect or "suspense", golly gosh please nooooooooooooooo, I mean no, it's' like brain catatonia for seconds. I'm blown away by how many words AI mispronounces even though there's apps that provide pronunciation checks. Go figure!
