    Is that 8 form Tai chi have martial arts fighting application ?

      Yes, but the purpose of training 10 or 8 moves is to practice more basics before the long form. Frost we learnt the form, then knowing the move, then training to become natural, then training to be like water, at end, is to be relax and empty

    My favourite Yang 24 move. In class I imagine I'm smacking down an invisible monkey that's chasing me 😂 Do you think this move has its roots in a Snake Style Master Li?
