- I update with a second video the problem that I have with a Bike Niubility B14 that was bought one week ago and tried today for the second time. Battery absolutely doesn't work when is disconnected from the charger. It is absolutely DEAD. Bike has only one week life and no run
You suppose to charge the battery with the display off aad the key out according to the instruction manual, so perhaps if you don,t it may affect the charging system.
i have 3 b 14 bikes 1 works fine 2 with dead batteries i tried them with the batteri that works all fine so the batteries are 100% the problem
Même problème. Je me bat depuis 1 mois pour avoir une nouvelle batterie. J'ai voulu renvoyer le vélo mais ils ne veulent pas payé les frais de port et il faut renvoyer le vélo en chine. C'est hors de prix.
Did you try charging it with the power switch of the bike turned off?
Question: do these bikes (Ouixy V5 o Niubility V5) have a protection fuse? Because by mistake I made a short circuit in the charging connection and now the bike doesn't work (I know the battery and it's sending 54 V)... what could it be...
Hello,
On the B14, you just take off the plate a the rear of the Seat. Then you Can take off the battery.
You Can charge it when only thé charger is plugged on. Then thé battery will charge and the charger's led will be red.
Is there any solution?

Puedes tambien intentar quitar la tapa que cubre las baterías y chequear la conexión de los cables quizá sea eso

Battery issue.. I am having the same problem. Chinese crap.. promise everything during sales, but when issue like this pops out after purchase, no support.

@@chimpanutan they actually sent me a new battery, and yes i solved it! It is working but not in full capacity, because the problem in the first place was with a defected cells inside the battery.

@@chimpanutan the problem for me and for many others i have checked with was already there when we received our bikes. The batteries was defected from the factory. So you cannot prevent it but I believe you will get a new battery if you get this problem, and you buy your bike from a good source.
Did anyone found the way to fix it?
I gave u some technic to that bike,use the pedal engine and not the other one,that was my problem also but it fix with the pedal engine only
