Well the original series was supposed to be just based on boss designs. But a lot of people also want a background tutorial so I’m bound to do one. Maybe not soon but it’s in my list

Small glow that is close to the neon should be 70-100 opacity Big glow that is more atmospheric neon should be anywhere from 10-50 opacity. That opacity of your glow also depends on the block itself. I suggest you experiment with the opacity until you find something that works for you.

It must be on a higher layer than the structure. If the structure is on layer B1 then the blending must be T1 or higher
