Hey mate, I do recall it took between 2 to 4 hours but that depends your garage access and tools and parts too, eg when I replaced the thermostat the water leaked because of of an o-ring on a pipe that connect to that thermostat. Highly recommend checking o-rings that connect to the thermostat
