If AC supply fails , substation DC will fail. You have to use link for online bypass of the cell. Don't use short link , it will get heated due to faulty cell short. Therefore better to use diode link , it will help you 100% for online bypass of cell.

Sir Battery nikalne ke pehale Battery charger me kya settings change kiye. aur negative terminal ko open karne per Battery bank open circuit ho gya Hoga to Battery open karte samay spark kyo ho rha tha kripaya bataye

but why you not used short link for bypass cell.if your AC supply Fail all DC supply get affected .Wrong practice
