Okay, I just wanted to honestly thank you. This just popped up in my recommended one day and I, on a whim, decided to give it a try. That’s how I found Medoed. Medoed came to me at the perfect time in my life, and I honestly think it changed my life for the better. I’ve listened to more Russian Midwest emo since Medoed (AATCL is another favorite) but nothing really can compare to the album Sport. I’ve been listening to it for a year or so now, and I would not have found any of Russian Midwest emo without you. So thank you. Honestly, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

It's kinda sad, that russian midwest emo bands tend to break up really fast. Rn there's no news about AATCL, Medoed broke up also, main vocalist of Bird Bone no longer lives in Russia, but at least PONS still doin gigs. Thanks for the mixtape anyway! спасибо

u mean Princess of north Sudan. They are pretty similar to another russian emo band called Fakeholder.
@@vasiliisuchanov7017 2 years later and it seems that fakeholder broke up too, there was no gigs in about 2 years. I was on last gig around October 2022, there was supposed to be a full band, but then the vocalist went on stage, apologized many times and done solo acoustic set. No gigs afterwards. :(
