Nice! I own a velomobile, and have ridding unfaired recumbents (and also built a couple myself). What model is yours? I can't see if it's a factory built or home built machine.
Excellent motorbike sound ! 😄 This video seems my video on my recumbent bike, except it is not a high racer and my position is less horizontal. What is your model ?
If you may cut-out a one-inch thick yoga mat to make room for your spine down to coxxycs may alleviate any discomfort along the way. I replaced my 3" thick foam seat on Rans Rocket onto yoga mat makes it low and comfortable then tilt the backrest to 40⁰ angle added more torque plus fish-like tail and aero disc (corrugated plastics). In the 30's Francís Fauré made to race against UCI's in velodrome that landed him the fastest for 40+ miles per hour. Union Ciclisté Internacionale aka UCI, had doubt of Fauré's speed record. Then ban all Recumbents in road racing.

Impressive low speed bike handling skills. When I tried a 2 wheel recumbent, the low speed handling was most difficult to learn.
I love how teeny tiny the handlebars are. Mechanical advantage over brute strength
Way better for thin places.
It's the hidden evidence for recumbent bikes faster then regular ones
it's not hidden, it's known, that's why recumbent bikes are forbidden in vertical competitions
I love how they made the fastest bikes (recumbents) start behind everyone else. Lol.
It was fun watching you fly by all the uprights.
closed roads! Sweet!

This model SPORT from the company Specbiketechnics. Very close in geometry to Troytec bike but made of aviation steel.

I am curious if this is more comfortable to ride? Does it hurt your tail bone?
This is very comfortable, 300 km per day without pain in the back, hands and priest. just try someday

Hi Vladimir,
what is the measurement of the crank?
How tall are you?
Hi, crank is 150mm a I am 172cm

avg and top speed would be nice, as we can't read your display :)
He seems to be doing 40 km/h pretty easily but I guess the top speed is far more.
Top speed can be about 200 km/h, if you get out of the aircraft :-)

Why this video haven't any comment buddy?
какая средняя на 100 км получаеться обычно?
мой рекорд, который очень сильно зависит от регулярности тренировок, состовляет средняя 40 км/ч на 55км.
this is clearly a casual ride for all so hes going to easliy pass if he is a serious cyclist
Aaaand, he's on a recumbent bike. So he'd be passing even if everyone else was going harder.
Yes agree. Imagine if you are in a smoky bike warehouse and you had 2 choices to get out unsuffocated. A road bike and a low racer bent.
What placement?0
no placement, I can’t compete with professional athletes, I'm not so strong. And my place at the start is from total end
@@vladimir_specbike Noone told you on the race? Anyhow, i expected a recumbent to always eventually catch up...

Make one :)
My recumbent frameset was $2800. My upright bike frame and fork was $4400, and I am about 5kph faster on my recumbent than on my upright bike.
Made mine for the grand total of £ 450 and that was buying a frame .Next time it will be sub £ 100 easily . ua-cam.com/video/TD1ifFYhUE8/v-deo.html
