What amazes me about his work ethic is that he once admitted about having weak leg development early on in his young career and year’s later, he had the best set of calve muscles I’ve seen in a long time. Jay is a living legend one of the top 5 bodybuilders for sure in my book. 2020!
Him beating Ronnie who knowone could and then losing to Dexter n everyone saying he's done and then came back with the best package to date. Is another example of that work ethic and determination. And I agree 100% when I think if jay cutler I think of work ethic and determination. He's got one of the best story lines in all of b. B history imo. I really do believe that
He's intentionally down sized I'm sure he still runs PEDs but lower amounts aswell as a lower calorific intake. He looks awesome both ways imo. My fav BB ever
His career went a long way but for me, I'll never get over what an amazing sight he was he was just making the transition from teen wunderkind to adult pro. Total golden boy. I still have his first major shoot for 'Muscle and Fitness' somewhere and I was like 'JFC THIS KID IS JUST TWO YEARS OLDER THAN ME!'
Hey much respect to Big Jay for this upload very rare footage 20 years goes by too quick lets take one step at a time and improve phyiscally n mentally this is a great video on that, but RONNIE COLEMAN WAS ANOTHER FAV!
I’ve noticed in this video and others (a cut above, one step closer, etc) he does what looks like guillotine presses. Whether it’s incline, flat, dumbbell or barbell he keeps high up on his chest. I’ll have to start doing that haha.
Some of the form and technique back in the day when they trained was awful but suppose when your juiced to the gunnels form don't matter the muscle will still grow no matter what

Good old days...
young cutler looked amazing.

He's intentionally down sized I'm sure he still runs PEDs but lower amounts aswell as a lower calorific intake. He looks awesome both ways imo. My fav BB ever

His waist is as small as his wife. That's amazing. V taper on a dayleee
His waist is actually quite large. He just built up so much muscle around it to compensate and get that V taper look
You can immediately tell it's 1999 by the Limp Bizkit song on the radio.
fuck this generation man lol id kill to have my gym play limp man :(

انت رائع جدا واريد ان اكون مثلك
Does anyone know why he wore that karate thing lol
looked dope
Same reason u'd wear a sweatband in the gym - To minimise or stop sweat rolling down ur forehead and into ur eyes.
Those arm exercises alone, would have moved enough bricks and blocks to build skyscrapers !
Love cutler but jo way he brnched 325 first tive ever lifting. 😂
I’m a big fan of Jay but if you actually do 3 hours of cardio a day you would fucking die lmao. Bit of an exaggeration there
Some of the form and technique back in the day when they trained was awful but suppose when your juiced to the gunnels form don't matter the muscle will still grow no matter what
Crappy audio!
Joseph1NJ the original recording is almost 20 years old
