There is 2 heals in elementalism that do heal over time. Sadly we lost the necromancy sacrifice heal from MO1 that sacrificed all your walkers for if i remember right was something like 8-14 hp per walker. However it was not very efficient other than for healing someone to full hp. Current sacrifice spell in MO2 is just for healing one self.
