Can you tell me how you charged it when starting for the first time it said you have to charge it for 5 hours and the light will light up one by one but I have charged it for more than 4 hours and not a single light has lit up. Please it would be really great if you can help me I just received it today and it's not starting up.
I just charged it till the lights went off.. mine already had 2 lights as shown in the video..
Mine didn't had any lights and it was also not starting ,so it had no battery and still the lights are not lit. Well ,I guess I'll have to return it ,thanks for replying
Yep, get it replaced.
Switch it off and then charge. That's how it is designed to be charged.
I'm having the same Issue. Just assembled it but it doesn't seem to charge. Is there any indication for charging? No light seems to be going on since I've plugged in.
