- Today we will go to the discovery of the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the cathedral of Rome, recognized for its position in the history of the Church, as mother and head of the churches of Rome and the world.
We will dedicate three episodes to this wonderful basilica: in the first we will talk about its long history from its foundation in the 4th century to the present day.In the second we will enter to discover all its artistic and spiritual riches, in the third we will talk about the other important buildings that surround it such as the Baptistery , the Scala Santa with the Sancta sanctorum and the Lateran Palace.
J'ai beaucoup aimé les tout débuts de l'histoire antique de san Giovanni. Constantin, Maxence et la fin de l'empire d'occident. Très intéressant. Et vous ne parlez pas trop vite. J'ai appris un peu l'italien à l'école et j'arrive à vous comprendre... merci...
