Heroes of the Storm - The Scarlet Heist

- New Tirisfal City. A town where every cop is on the take and every crook pays their dues. From her penthouse suite atop the Scarlet Monastery Casino, Whitemane runs the largest criminal empire this side of Tirisfal. There isn't a deal that gets made, a job that gets pulled, a scam that gets run without Whitemane giving her blessing and getting her cut. Until now.
Sick of answering to the Scarlet Mafia, Orphea has recruited Junkrat and Bama "the Hammer" Kowalski into a gang of her own... one that doesn't owe anything to Whitemane. Just one problem: every criminal organization needs a slush fund. Thankfully, Orphea knows just where to get theirs.
The Scarlet Monastery acquires mountains of moola on a nightly basis, coming from every patsy on the floor right into the casino's vault. It's the ultimate score, in more ways than one. Sure, the money is one thing... but getting away with robbing from Whitemane herself? Well, that'll just let everyone know that there's a new mob in town.
Orphea's plan is simple: she grabs the safe while Junkrat brings the firepower and Bama provides the getaway. Whitemane would never expect anyone to be bold (or stupid) enough to steal from the Scarlet Mafia. And that's the best thing that Orphea's crew has going for them.
Make no mistake, it's gonna be a huge risk. They'll be sleeping with the fishes if they get caught. But if there's one thing this town's taught Orphea, if you want to win, you gotta roll the dice. - Ігри

They had EVIL, MAFIA, FUNKY SPACE or rather STUPID SPACE, STUPID MILITARY, I dunno... Partying?
What I would want to see is some dark evil technology. Like Tal'darim Jaina or Dark Templar Genji.

This is seriously amazing. I love how Whitemane has a microphone in her staff, like she's a Doris Day-esque crooner who leans into the mic. Also the little hats on all of Orphea's shadow-maws are just the best.

I'm pretty sure that there is some files in-game that are dialogues with Lady Vashj. So most likely will see her announced on Blizzcon

Probably her best skin to date for being something out of the ordinary. Spidermines are TNT with clocks on them, and I love the little animated eye decals on the windows of the car.
I wished there was a "The Mask" version of Junkrat. The Jim Carrey movie.

Maybe they are the minions in A special game mode. If you check the last picture you see the new Heroes defending a payload(sgthammer) against the minions.
Whitemane was riding one, so yeah, they probably two varients of mounts, but just used to make the trailer more interesting

@@jandegrote1 The event isn't out yet for one, and for two: they generally have a quest system to help you get higher chances at getting things that you want.
In general, if paying for skins is such a bother- that's the incentive to play the game. At least it's not like Overwatch where you pay 60$ for the game just to then be tempted by buy loot boxes to get the skins that you want: just to never get them. The Heroes team has made it to where you can buy exactly what you want, and seeing how I have fun playing the game with my friend and don't have to pay a thing to do so: I'm okay with dropping 20$ for a Whitemane skin that I know I'm going to use.

I am happy to see the HotS dev team actively support the game despite all the challenges they've faced in the last year and for the event it looks like a lot of heart was put into it.
Only thing I wanna note is no new Ragna or KTZ skin (not that they would fit the theme but for future reference),also a SC themed Qhira skin would be cool and last but not least,please bring back Escape from Braxis :)

I haven't spent any money on hots since December. The content felt like it was lacking a bit since most the devs left. But THIS...this is just a fantastic job. The skins, the reveal, the music, all of it is very well done and personally I can't wait to grab these skins for myself

Another awesome event theme! Mean Streets of Heroeszan! Complete with Flappers, running boards and 'grimy' goons aplenty! More amazing stuff, typical of HotS.
