Reminds me of Miami in Florida, USA quite a bit , though Miami is a lot richer and has better infrastructure. But the promenades are kind of similar. Manila is another city that is at the same development level as Mumbai’s. Manila does have a better boating scene , quality of life, and has some super large malls. Manila also has extensive slums much like Mumbai’s.

India have started to get better infra by just last 10 years..we still have like 10 years to go to achieve decent level of road infra with proper lane markings
So first priority is to get proper infra and better cleanliness...

This city belongs to dogs too. Why dislocate them just for the sake of looking cool? BMC already has sterilization program for Street dogs and their population is decreasing.

As much as we care for animals , it's the human society which should be our top priority. Cows and buffaloes and dogs should be properly dealt with.

You have many templates to live in, and guess what it makeyit boring and lifeless for those people who live in everything organised. You won't understand, let it be. We are doing fine here in India. Not that we aren't progressing in management. We are and it's slow but sustainable. So be where you like to be. No one is stopping you. But us Indians (living in India) live in harmony with our fellow animals too.
