Hello Brendan, love these types or walks, Kat in particular loved all the history. Thanks for sharing this! Keen eyed local residents are a regular occurrence around our parts too, had one all but quiz us to death just yesterday lol. Thanks for this, Ceri and Kat ❤☕
Thanks very much and my pleasure 😊. Always a few curtain twitches around but thankfully the locals were very friendly 👍. Plenty more videos on the way 😊
Well I never!!!:):) I live in SY5 and have never heard of Sundorne Castle. How interesting. I will be looking up the history. Thank you for this enlightening video.I enjoyed the walk and scenery with you:)
Shrewsbury is my home town but I left there before my 7th birthday. I used to love trips into the Shropshire countryside but haven't been back in over 20yrs! I don't know if I can find all of the all places now! I have never been to Sundorn so there is another to add to my list to visit.
The Shropshire countryside really is the hidden gem of the UK 😊. I would definitely recommend exploring around shrewsbury as I've discovered places I never knew existed 👍. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment 🙏
When you can Acton Burnell is a great explore and Moreton Corbet 👍🏼 Great video, I’m a former Rottie owner, I would have loved to have met the Rottie lol
I've heard good things about Acton Burnell 👍 I'll definitely put those 2 on the list for future videos 😊. I love dogs as well 🐕👍. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
Hi Brendan & Dave, Just watched from the beginning, the look on Dave's face when that lady said rottweiler, I don't blame him, but his look was priceless! 😊 Great drone footage, it's really nice to see a part of history. Hope the family is well. Please give Mika a cuddle for me. 💖 Thank you take care, stay well, be safe! Much love Kathy
Thanks for watching Kathy 👍 it certainly was priceless 😂. I'll be sharing some more interesting places in Shropshire over the coming weeks so hopefully you join us 😊. Family is great thanks, hopefully your safe and well. Thanks for watching!
Id second Chris Shurkes content, hes got a great writeup on Sundorne Castle. Corbett castle is about a 5-10 minute drive from here, its more or less a complete ground level castle that is open to the genral public, very rare to see anyone there, worth checking out!
I would like to see the kestrel guards, do they fly down when someone is trespassing. Really funny, interesting vlog and just subscribed to your channel.
Thanks for the tip Phillip 😊. I've heard of it and it will certainly be a future video once restrictions start to lift a little. I'll check out the distance from my front door and see if it's doable before then 👍. I've heard it's a great place 😊
You were just looking at the gate house , the actual castle was demolished by its owner. There is lots of information about it including our own blogger Chris shurke who write in "Shrewsburyfromwhereyouarenot"
Great vlog mate, i live in telford and havnt been here before, looks cool, I do a bit of vlogging and photography so gonna follow your journey for some inspiration ✌
Thank you very much 😊👍 out of interest, how did you find this video? I'm always interested in learning where people have seen it. Best of luck on your journey as well 🙏
i was deported back to pakistan because dog bite me in london and then i jump from building and my visa was expired in hospital and then i was unable to pay nhs fee and unfortunately i was deported back to pakistan in 2011 still i am so sad

Don't worry, I felt the same. Lived here all my life and never been here lol. Thanks, hope you join me for a few more 😊👍
Lived in shrews 38 years, in sundorne, never seen the castle!
Same for me, I never knew it existed until I saw it on a map. Great little find in our back yard 😊👍. Thanks for watching
Looks more like a folly than a castle 🏰
Yes you could be right 👍
I went down that place for a tractor run
