I had a strange issues with one or two tape machine I use, wasn't able to find the specific model on the manufacturer website and have not seen it discussed anywhere else. The Auto button feeds the incorrect tape length and using manual buttons the machine dispenses the wrong tape length (10cm) too short for every tape length. If I want 35cm I have to press 45cm, If I want 55cm I have to select 65cm. Guessing this is a feed wheel problem.
