Launched by CBS in 1975 as CBS Video Enterprises, they formed a joint venture with MGM in 1979 that lasted until 1982. They formed a joint venture with 20th Century Fox that lasted from 1982 to 1998, known as CBS/Fox Video. The first on-screen logo from CBS Home Entertainment was from 1980. My next logo history video will be on MGM Cartoons.
