Not really, both parawings were test in that range. Once its blowing over 18kn I find I'm able to get up on the 3s with a large board and then once up on foil super well powered. The trick is getting up, once up you need very little parawing power to keep going

Has the wind increased with the 'ensis roger'? Does it deform so much in the gusts?
Was wondering the same. Said wind was 18-20 which is at the lower end of the wind range.
