The Ujam videos for their plugins are unusually great, but there's a strange deficit of these kind of reviews rather than just flat walkthroughs of the presets and individual sounds. You should think about doing a video covering how you actually use it in practise!
Thanks for the feedback, but I did a video covering how I would use it in my beatmaking process - watch it when you get a chance! I combined it with scaler
@@HollywoodFLOSS1 My bad, my intention was to say that I don't see enough of *what you did here* with Ujam's stuff, not that you were an example of it!
You are right, consideration should be made for those of us who like to tweak individual sounds in a loop. The midi pulls the whole loop and it is a bit tedious separating all the drums...
I can't figure out how to make GLORY make an 808 bassline insted of just playing one note. How do I do that? I know I could transport the 808s to a midi track in Logic and move the notes around that way. But is there a way to do this in real time in the plugin, or will it only play the one note you choose with the key switch on the interface.
It could be done, but It won't be as simple as playing the bassline on the keyboard. "Key switch" mean pressing a key on your keyboard (MIDI note) to switch an instrument/articulation/sound. In this case, you can press MIDI notes D-1 through D0 (as written on the UI) to change the pitch of the bass note when the kick drum plays. You're not changing the "key to A minor", as you're only specifying a single bass pitch. But switching the sound doesn't trigger the sound. So you'll have to change the sound *before* the kick is triggered, and then trigger the kick (typically with a MIDI C2 note). Plus, the keyswitches the are low MIDI notes, so you'll need a wide keyboard, or you'll need to set your keyboard to play in a different octave.
hi Bro, Glory seems dope thank you for your video! What do you think about the quality oh the samples compare to those of splice for example! thanks in advance for your answer.
Gory is dope! Thanks for watching . I usually like my drums in one shot kits. I usually don’t use splice for my drums or drum loops. But glory might have me reconsider that work flow because of the easy manipulation I can do
The sounds are useful. That bass hit wow, tune that bass . Spent some time in Hustle tuning those hits.
glory is dope
I know I said I wasn't buying anything else but it was such a sweet price...so right on time with this bro...imma watch this before I open it up
This is a good one!!
@@HollywoodFLOSS1 Yeah I have this one now kandy and nemesis which I forgot I had 😭😭😭

No doubt, that’s why after most walkthroughs I try to make a cook up or beat video using the plugins

How do you import these beats into your DAW from the UJAM plugin?
Got this a couple days ago, glad I watched this. Dope VST but you showed me some useful stuff, too. Subscribed
Looks dope asf 👌
Thank you for your review

brah...i needed this. I was getting ready to buy...considering it...and this put me over the edge! Thanks

If you rate this 7.5/8 i would love to see what you rate higher
Great Video. I use Glory. How can you get the 808 to come out more?
I don't like how the lower notes inside glory doesn't trigger the 808 but only changes the notes.
That is fair! I will let them know the criticism and critiques. Anything you like about it ?
@@HollywoodFLOSS1 I think it's good overall. Hustle should get an update so the 808 is exactly like glory.
Very cool overview - thx!

if you need to buy this to make beats. just quit making beats. its not for you, if you cant make a simple drum pattern then you should quit
