- Great Yarmouth, often called Yarmouth, is a seaside resort town in Norfolk, England; it straddles the River Yare and is located 20 miles (30 km) east of Norwich. A population of 38,693 in the 2011 Census made it Norfolk's third most populous.[1] Its fishing industry, mainly for herring, shrank after the mid-20th century and has all but ended.[3] North Sea oil from the 1960s supplied an oil-rig industry that services offshore natural gas rigs; more recently, offshore wind power and other renewable energy industries have ensued. Yarmouth has been a resort since 1760 and a gateway from the Norfolk Broads to the North Sea. Holiday-making rose when a railway opened in 1844, bringing easier, cheaper access and some new settlement. Wellington Pier opened in 1854 and Britannia Pier in 1858. Through the 20th century, Yarmouth boomed as a resort, with a promenade, pubs, trams, fish-and-chip shops, theatres, the Pleasure Beach, the Sea Life Centre, the Hippodrome Circus, the Time and Tide Museum and a Victorian seaside Winter Garden in cast iron and glass.
We played on the Arcades on the 2p coin machines, trying to win many different prizes.

We find going to a lot of seaside places nostalgic due to the traditional and old fashioned feel to a lot of them. This was the first time we had been to Great Yarmouth though!:)
Can't believe it's taken me nearly two weeks to watch this video! I'll definitely be ready for tomorrow's upload
The main thing is you came back to watch our content! Maybe you should join us on a tuppencing adventure sometime?:)
I spent many a summer as a kid in Yarmouth 😊
We spent ours in either Scarborough or at Hunstanton so not too far away!:)

Another awesome video guys!!!
Thank you Molly, we love your support!:)
Compulsive viewing - at this rate I'm going to be late for work! How about an annual Tuppencing Jamboree!
I reckon your boss will understand when you tell them about us haha! Not a bad idea, if we become more popular a tuppence meet-up would be a great idea!:)
I love your intro, thanks for making me smile 😊
Some love them, some hate them haha! Thank you for the positive words!:)
Going to Great Yarmouth and Hopton 13th May just for arcades and I can’t stop thinking about it
It's the highlight of any holiday, especially if you haven't been there before!:)
@@TuppenceBros I have been there once before but I was five and I went with my family, this time I’m ten and I’m going wit( my best friend
@@TuppenceBros keep up the good work
Did you see any Derby Owners Club machines in any arcades? I've been told there is one in the Silver Slipper in Yarmouth. Great big horse racing simulator - can't miss it. Give it google if you're unsure what it looks like.
Its an extraordinarily rare machine now - have you see any *anywhere* in the UK while making your videos? I know this is a random question but as a 90s arcade fan I'm desperate to find one of these machines.
I can not remember but we might be revisiting Great Yarmouth in the summer so we will keep an eye out!:)
👍
Me and my friend went of a school trip and all to gather I got 400-500 tickets when he got 250-350
That's not a bad total, you've done well to get so many, hope you got a decent prize with it!:)
Take a shot every time he says “tuppence” 😂
You'd need your stomach pumping! ☺️
Just watched, 3 balls dropped, hope you got them all. Who gets to keep the toys?
We usually get the prizes unless the attendants are very busy. One half of the tuppence is a primary school teacher and the children there get them as prizes! 😊
Helping in education, nice one I watched aussie coin pusher recently and he states the art of pushing is maths and physics, he's not wrong 😁
