I have been looking for this for years. It is featured in the video: afl records that will never be broken. Ever since I first saw it in that video I have longed for a complete version of the intro. Literally every 3-4 months I search 2007 grand final network ten intro hoping for this to be uploaded. So of course, it comes up in my recommended. It’s probably up there with the most significant pieces of sports lost media for me at least. This and the 2007 sunday footy show grand final episode are very high up there in terms of lost sports media. So happy it’s been uploaded, thank you so much.
I love watching this video. Having been at the game, I didn't see it until after we'd won, which is a shame as its impact would have been felt so much harder without knowing the result. What an intro!
What better way for the Cats to end years of heartbreak by destroying their opponents by 20 goals. Having said that, I refused to believe we'd won until about halfway through the last quarter.
