We run into Weaver Customs, Arrington Performance, Alex Taylor Racing, Murray Pfaff, Ford Era, and a young gun from CAM Racing to show you their innovative builds that they brought out to the event!

Over the years I've been on 2 Power Tours and to 1 SEMA. Wish I could do both every year. My take - SEMA is where you go to dream. PT is where you get ideas and think "I could do that". Great to see more SEMA cars in the real world!

I liked EVERYTHING here! My fave car is any 1957 Ford (4-doors rock!), though, followed by anything Mopar and AMC (I wonder where I acquired THAT taste from? LOL!). If I ever return to the mainland, I will make it my mission in life to visit a SEMA show and follow the people on the Power Tour!

Yes sir, but it’s been with Hot Rod for quite some time though and really every other car magazine was born from Hot Rod anyway 👍🏼

Tried to keep that as one reply, darned fat fingers, lol! Its during all that winter time that folks have to work on something, being we haven't been getting enough snow & ice, for activities, lol... Just found it funny for all those MI plates & businesses that have been around for a while & used to be small stuff, lol. Good to know, car culture has fed the bottom lines to keep them alive, & thriving, it would seem!!

Interesting... How many SEMA rides you interviewed, are from Michigan, along with their partners & suppliers. All Speed Customs is only 18 MI south, lol. Found it in
Michigan is king when it comes to car culture, well at least in the summer time 😅
What ticks me off the most about the ill-fated conversion they did on Project X was that they never had any real plans to offer a kit to do it. I would love a C10 daily I could charge at home and give the finger to OPEC, but I also want parts and service availability. With GM no longer offering replacement batteries for the volt after a decade that's an obvious sign of what's to come with forced obsolescence.
Project x is a lot nicer than Project y i wounder who ones Project y haha
