Great acting in this scene. Sometimes in Chinese dramas, I feel the actors don't always act realistically. Like its over-acting or under. The FL hear does really good.

Depends on the drama because there are low budget drama(cringe acting & not really good script) & there are high quality drama and the actors and actresses that played in this kind of dramas has better quality of acting ,for actresses such as Liu yifei,zhou dongyu,Liu shishi,yangzi,Zhang jingyi, Zhao lusi, bailu etc. And in Chinese drama there are categories like Idol drama and serious drama type(this one is usually won many awards & NOT visually pleasing type dramas( where the characters looks cute & gorgeous) the plot for this drama usually heavy, more realistic)
For me it's the first in a C drama seeing someone act normally towards this situation (especially the initial reaction). In most dramas they just walk away silently or barely react.
And it only took a couple of decades. Congrats.
Song Zu Er (the female lead) is a Top tier Chinese actress. She sets the bar high when it comes to acting and chemistry.
This girl never listens to whatever her elders tells her, she thinks she is the smartest but whenever faces problem she runs back to her home to disturb her family. And then again don't learn anything from mistake and keep making mistakes again and again

this actress did such a great job that I hated her soo much for her stupidity. Its still hard for me to watch her in other new dramas because she seems to play sassy cocky a know it all in those dramas too. So I dont watch her dramas and hope I will get over it one day.
Sadly my friend was just like this her husband kept cheating on her every single time kept complain to her friends and family about it but she wouldn't leave him I told her straight up if she keeps complaining about it why is she still with him? I just stopped talking to her all together it was just sad

It's the parents that raised her that way. And a child does not "disturb" her parents. If you chose to be a parent your job as a parent doesn't stop at 18 nor 20. You made that decision and you'll have to be always there for your child.
This highlights the issue with naive women who thinks a cheating husband will change......if you support his disgusting habit by not letting him bare the consequences of his action then you are actually encouraging him to continue his habit.

@ThePrincessWorrior they have family law too! The wife has to submit evidence - here family members were her witnesses, plus the mistress was pregnant still- then they'll divorce. While he got to pay for child support, I'm unsure about spousal support.
But I agreed to kick him out of the house! I don't like the drama plot, they had her stay with him thru many adulteries. Adultery has become his addiction! He will forever cheat!

She put them straight. Said they could have him if they wanted him, but HE would not leave HER. Called my father to the door and forced him to tell them the truth - and he'd ashamedly admit that her version was right; he would not leave her, he'd been stringing them along. He'd apologise and that would be that. He'd be the bestest husband to her for a few weeks or months (the latter if she was lucky) and then the whole thing would start again. She never left him because she loved him.....she gave other reasons, but that was the honest one I think. I wouldn't tolerate it; but he had got her away from an awful family who abused her by marrying her and I think she always clung to the fact that he would never leave her, as much as she wouldn't him.
