My biggest question is why in almost all the Chinese movies they never investigated the true identity of the long lost rightful heirs ,they become so stupid and lacking the intelligence of a very wise rich powerful businessman that commands millions or thousands of its subordinates and employees
Because DNA testing is brand new to human history, and previous methods were unreliable and subject to overt tampering. Bribing the DNA processing technician is a new-ish twist on the old methods.
The real reason, though, is that the writers are lazy and use this method to generate false angst and domestic violence.

She doesn't even bother to do anything when she finds out he was accidentally helping Zhou ting thinking it's her and misunderstanding her everywhere without ever properly apologising and went straight back to him. Someone who is arrogant and thinks you're trying to climb on to him and believes your lying to him again and again without even thoroughly checking the facts while he's some smart powerful CEO and believes everything someone else says about you deserves to be forgiven so easily? Why do dramas portray females so weak and naive all the time, she has her own company that is doing well but she keeps getting stumbled up by her half-sister who is vicious and a compulsive liar like this is so yuck

She (FL) thinks he (her husband) is an actor. He (ML) thinks she (the wife) is a scheming biatch. The wife’s sister pretends to be his wife and spends all his (the husbands) money. The husbands assistant knows who the real wife is (I think), but has to obey the commands of his boss so gives the interloper (false wife) money and wealth. I hope that false wife be imprisoned for fraud, identity theft and more and land up forever in prison. ( I don’t know if that’s the summary of the story?).
This one was annoying. Lots and lots of misunderstandings and some things were left unanswered.

She went through so much and she had to fight for everything she got and still, she was cheated by her husband's true identity. That is messed up. The story is very long and drawn out. It takes a lot of effort to figure out what is really going on. Everyone reacts without facts or reason (that is the screenwriter's way to make misunderstandings happen). Why is the FL upset that the ML did not reveal his real identity when they both made an error when they got married? Did she really only find out about her medical condition through her stepmother at the end of the drama? After almost three and a half hours I am confused.
