V being there through the whole vlive should not be a problem, but the things he did raise suspicion. He whispered, sighed obviously excited, and even talked out loud twice. After watching all the other possible ships I got groced out, so now I am not even sure about them. I think someone opened the door for the manager from inside aka Tae probably opened the door to let the manager in. It sounded like these locks you turn to open a door that doesn't use a key but a card from the inside.
