Honestly, I think he would. That isn’t just anyone opening their eyes. That’s Anakin, his commander, his friend, who has always been loyal to him, and who he couldn’t believe would ever do that. Yes, Rex had hundreds of hours of experience, but he also has a deep connection with Anakin. He was Angry that he would ever do such a thing. His emotions were high, and when Anakin opened his eyes, and they were a bright yellow, full of hatre… of course he would flinch, no matter how much experience he has
A trained military man suddenly seeing the yellow burning eyes of a space wizard rumored to be one of the most powerful ones. Anyone would get a shock of their lives if that happened lol

I really want a story of the Jedi joining the Neutral systems and Mandalor, instead of the Republic.
I really think that could work. It makes more sense for the Jedi to join the Neutral Systems anyway. I could see Satine going to Obi-Wan and the two of them talk to a bunch of other Jedi and ultimately they convince that the Jedi to live up to their roles as Peacekeepers instead of generals.
The only thing about this story today I thought was a bit weird was having him spend 3 years PERSONALLY digging up the Beskar and forging it himself. Really, he did all of that without allies? You could have taken inspiration from Legends. In Legends, there's a point where Jaina Solo goes to train with the Mandalorians to learn how to fight and kill Force users - to stop her brother Jacen who had become a Sith. She actually learns from Boba Fett. You could have have Bo Katan play that roll. And it could even be her idea to use armor.
Over all, I liked this one a LOT more than I expected. :)

@@seth3k I think you guys really need to think about the absurdity of one guy digging in a cave and finding enough usable ore and then having all the know how to go through the ENTIRE process from digging it up to making the armor... idk... I can't see it. It just makes more sense to maybe have him steal some beskar from some pirates or something, then get Bo to help forge it.
I'm used to Anakin being an idiot in these stories but to make Rex pull such a stupid move to push the story just felt terrible for the character because Rex isn't dumb like that. Honestly made the story almost unfishable.
Having experienced the demanding work of mining during my speleologist apprenticeship, lets say mining for calcite crystals ( yes they are worthless but not to me )I can attest that spending eight hours underground leaves every muscle feeling as if it is no longer mine. Now, imagine Obi-Wan Kenobi doing this routine day after day for three years, and also forging, lightsaber training, and honing his Force abilities. would transform him into more than just Obi-Wan; he’d become ‘Shatter-Fist Kenobi.’ And perhaps, with this level of mastery, he wouldn’t even need a lightsaber to defeat Palpatine.

I will say... I think that giving in to revenge would turn Obiwan. He was always that 'pillar of the light' but it was because he never took a step towards the Dark Side. So much so that it was explained (I believe in novelization) that if Obiwan had tried to finish Anikin on Mustafar, that would have been the tipping point for him. I was certain that Obiwan was going to take off that helmet and be sporting a set of yellow eyes, for sure, replacing Sidious' power vacuum in the dark side as he became a walking talking specter of revenge, brutalizing the Empire for destroying everything he knew and loved. From Satine to Anikin and the Clones, he would have plenty of reason to go full rage, and the talk of so much time spent training for that purpose of revenge left a growing thought of 'this is why jedi don't do revenge' in my heart.
You had to take some serious liberties with the fight on Mustafa to make this possible because Anakin was basically kicking Obi-Wan’s ass until the end. He kept passing up opportunity after opportunity to end Obi-Wan because he kept trying to prove himself rather than actually just kill him.
Realistically, R2-D2 should have been on Aniken side here and been pretty damn pissed that Obi-Wan was doing something to his master not just compliant complacent and on board with the idea of whatever Obi-Wan says.
Obi-Wan magically being able to race off to go get Asoka and a Mandalorian vault is just retarded

Day 133 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

Here's a fun Scenario: What if darth vader and Ahsoka raised Luke and leia

Suggestion: What if Anakin captured Obi-Wan and brought him to Palpatine?
What if order 66 was executed but anakin didn't turn to the dark side
Possible crossover idea, What if Anakin Skywalker and Tom Riddle swapped places as children? Anakin could be one of the best wizards in Hogwarts history and Tom could be Palpatine's best apprentice that could be his undoing.
What if Palpatine had a heart attack? He's old, and maybe the war is going poorly for his plans, so he's under a lot of stress. The Dark Side takes a toll on the body, and maybe the simmering miasma of darkness within Sidious becomes too much for his body to handle, leading to a heart attack which severely weakens him.
What if Palpatine and Sidious were TWINS? Palpatine is a harmless, kindly, fatherly-aura man and talented politician, while Sidious is the Sith Apprentice and later Lord who killed their family with the Dark Side and now hides in the shadows, manipulating, gaslighting, blackmailing, and generally controlling Palpatine with deep-seated trauma as the master key into his brother's mind. Sidious NEEDS Palpatine, though, as he has no talent for politics and requires his brother to operate the political machinations to set up a Galactic Empire, which the relative simplicity and total power Sidious could wield would be suitable for him. Maybe Sidious even switches out with his brother at key moments to influence events directly.
What if Captain Rex was force sensitive?
Only thing I'd bring up is that spending three years to gain Beskar armor before a duel might be a smart move, but generally characters don't make min-max decisions, especially ones that take years to accomplish. Sidious being the only exception. For example, Obi-Wan and Yoda's original plan to 'defeat' Sidious was to wait several decades and hope that Luke or Leia could do it instead. They never dealt with Sidious through an alternative approach themselves or really did any long-term preparation in the two decades they had before training Luke, they simply gave him a Lightsaber and Jedi training. Sure the Lightsaber and training were useful, but was it any different than what they already had, or any other Jedi that Vader had killed? The only real difference was the Rebel Alliance, but aside from that why did they believe Luke or Leia would succeed where they and other Jedi had failed with the same training and equipment? Why didn't they devise new ways to combat the Sith? Why didn't Yoda teach Luke how to absorb or redirect Force Lightning?
"What If Senator Bail Organa has won the election in Episode 1?" would be a nice one.

This one was really fascinating and I appreciated the different direction that you took with having Anakin die from his wounds in the ship and the Obi-Wan taking it upon himself to avenge him from Sidious.
Also the mental image of Obi-Wan Kenobi in Mandalorian armor and dual wielding blue ‘sabers is one of the coolest things to grace my brain and I thank you for that 😂

Neat direction you took it in. This could've easily ended up another "Obi-Wan bring Anakin back to the light" style story, but you did something fun with it.
Rex was such a dingus. Quite literally a 1 in 1000 fuck up he did there. Meanwhile Obi-Wan goes full Mandalorian Jedi terminator.
What if the Grand Inquistor turned back to light? Or what if the Grand Inquisitor trained a major character?
This was amazing. I’ve been a fan of your videos for a while and it’s always fun to see your interesting SW what if’s. It was also fun to see Obi-Wan capturing Anakin on Mustafar instead of fighting him getting shown some love. This is definitely an interesting scenario and it should definitely get shown some more love. Plus I think we could all agree that this is one of the best what if’s that us SW fans asked for…plus I think we could agree that this is something we’d hope would happen, since Obi-Wan and Anakin are two of the coolest Jedi in all of SW. This adds another level of storytelling here. Plus it’s nice that you’re showing the brotherly bond they share some love, since it was fun to see how they both truly care for each other. Great job as always and I can’t wait to see what you do next.
I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s:
1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling.
2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever.
3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this.
4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st)

Not cloning per se, but making droid versions of him using the data obtained from his computer when killing jedi. Even if they're only half as skilled, fighting ten N-K Necrosis units would make any jedi hesitant.
It'd be a separatist landslide since grievous by himself could solo 80% of the jedi high council
Grievous puts the war on hold while opening a cease and desist against using his image, and the republic is just awkwardly waiting for the court case to finish

im sorry wtf, an accidental slight miss fire opens it? this isnt meant as hate, more constructive criticism, it just makes such a great idea and story so far now mixed with a bad taste. that whole scenario makes little sense. also anakin going from full no remose and willing to kill on the spot to back to the light side because he is dying? there is no reason at that point, he would just continue writhing in his hate just as he did on mustifar while burning

Can you do a what if Han Solo wasn't rescued from from his frozen carbonite prison and the events that would change
As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals.
What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.
