one of my favorite songs is named after this
Thank you for this. This was the first of Clark Ashton Smith's Zouthique stories I listened to. It and The Charnel Guard are my favorite
Glad you enjoyed it - thanks for listening!
Being a REH fan I've certainly heard of Mr Smith... now finally..50yrs later im going to find out if hes good or not thanks to you good sir.
He is good.
Thank you for reading
Thank you for listening!
Deep, dark story.😮
Great job! Please do the whole book.
Glad you enjoyed it! I haven't done a whole book yet but I'll consider that...
I have all his books, he introduced me to the "Lovecraftian" world, to me he is better than Lovecraft at weaving tales, though Lovecraft had "scarier" stories, Clark's universe was more akin to what the last days of a solar system would be like.
Awesome
Thanks!
Amazing reading, just one point I want to.make: lethe is a Greek word, pronounced LEE-thee, meaning oblivion
This is probably an AI program. It is not programmed to recognize that word, nor 'ebon', apparently.
Thanks for the props and the heads up!
Nope, just a guy who doesn’t get always all the words right
