Great video Kai! I believe that for you, Revolut ends up being more cheap because you have a paid plan. If you compare the standard Revolut account vs Wise, in my experience, deposit into IB via Wise ends up being more cheap
Thanks a lot Sandro, you are probably right, on the free Revolut plan it most likely will end up slightly more expensive, so if you are already using Wise a lot, it makes perfect sense to use it for that purpose too👌 Cheers

I'm more interested in why I'm not getting dividends on IBKR. I got 1 or 2 O dividends, no SQM dividends, no MPW dividends and payment dates passed weeks ago. Does it take long for you too or is there something I'm doing wrong?
Most likely you got them, but after a while they move from dividend column to your cash on hand column on the dashboard, it's a bit confusing. But if you go into reports you can pull your dividend report and see if you were paid accordingly.

Hi there and sadly not, unless your IBKR is in the same country of your residency, if not, then there will be a small transaction fee, but it usually is really very small. Cheers

@@SmartMoneywithKai right, i looked into the faqs and apperantly the name is totally optional, all they need is your account number
hi, what to write in company name?
Hi, just copy what IBKR gave you, as I remember it was the respective IBKR entity you are registered with 👌
Is paypal also an option ?
Sadly not at this stage👍
I'm from Uzbekistan can i depositinteractive brokers
Hi and you should be able to use Wise for that, otherwise just a regular bank transfer 👌 Cheers
@@SmartMoneywithKai unfortunately wise don't work my country help me with app
am Moroccan so suggest a best low fee deposit method on IBKR platform plz.. and i dont know how much my bank would charge me for that deposit.. tnku
Hi, probably the easiest and cheapest for you to do it through Wise 👌
Thanks!
I just received my money back.
I sent it to business instead of individual.
Hopefully, I will succeed from now on.+
My pleasure and great to hear that 🙌
@@SmartMoneywithKai ,I succeeded, thx 😍
It's ok to deposit 50 dollars? But I can trade 50 dollars?
Yes and yes 😉👌
@@SmartMoneywithKai kan i earn using
50 dollars?
@@ncore231 sure you can. If you make 10% on 1million or on 10 dollars the gain is the gain it will just be smaller 😉
i don't have a 'deposit' option?
Hi, that's strange. Maybe you are still on the demo or paper-trading account?
thx bro~!!!
My pleasure 🙌
Now metal and premium get ultra subsctiptions now
Yea that’s awesome. Just made a video about it and will post it tomorrow. Makes it harder to decide which plan to go for😉
@@SmartMoneywithKai revolut said they are making ultra even better
My first transfer failed and i lost 100 eur in fees. I wish it was easier like other apps
Hi and strange to hear that, not sure where such fees are coming from as I don't have them though I am on the Ultra plan without transaction fees. You could check out Wise, which might be a cheaper alternative in your case. Cheers
IB = worst
I would not say that but yes, interface might not be the most intuitive 👌
Slow brokerage = NO for me 😂
IBKR is slow? What do you mean? It's literally one of the most used & largest brokerage for a reason 😉
Slow using Client Portal (desktop browser)… i don’t know TWS.. hesitant to install because one of my goal is to be able to trade anywhere and installing something does not align with me 😁
can i use through Western Union for wire transfer to interactive broker account because revolut, wise cant send my currency
Hi and yes, I think you can, but that would be very expensive I assume, would not use WU for that. Maybe your local bank should be able to do a bank transfer too.
@@SmartMoneywithKai Thanks for your reply
