In this video I'll be sharing World Famous Hyderabadi Kachi Aqnai ki Duma Biryani Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Mutton 1 ½ kg
Ppaya paste 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste 10 green chili
Lemon juice 4 lemon
Caraway seeds ¼ teaspoon
Cardamom 7-8
Salt half teaspoon
Cloves 2
Curd 400gram
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Garamasala half teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 3 teaspoon
Fried onion 4 onions
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Oil 100ml
Basmati rice half kg
Green chili 4
Mint leaves 10-15 leaves
Cinnamon 2 piece
Cardamom 4-5
Cloves 4-5
Caraway seeds 3 pinch
Salt 2 teaspoon
Water 1 ½ Liter
Oil 1 teaspoon
Saffron 2-3 pinch
