I take flour, kefir and a little cheese and in 10 minutes a delicious breakfast is ready. Breakfast at home! Ingredients:
500g flour.
1 full teaspoon of baking powder (10 g), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
2 eggs, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
200 ml (6.76 oz) kefir.
350g (12.34) Suluguni cheese.
1 egg.
Preparation:
Knead the dough.
Divide into 4 parts.
Create the shapes as shown in the video.
Shape the dough as shown in the video.
Place the cheese in the center and secure everything.
Then roll everything into the desired shape with a rolling pin.
Fry in a pan without adding vegetable oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
Grease with butter.
