    MJ usually reads the defence like an open book. At 2:00, however, he got tired of that and decided to read the defence like a poem instead.

    Everyone was second to Jordan, not just Clyde he was no different that's all. They all bowed to MJ. Too much skill and will for them all.

    Amazing exhibition on his dominance especially considering that at the time clyde drexler was at the top of his game and yet he tourched drexler as if he was but a mere spectator and not even a participator. I believed Jordan was driven beyond measure to strive to be the absolute best that that was the very thing that put him over the top and that's why there won't be another Jordan again. He had developed such a potent jump shot & 3 pointer that it was ridiculous how we was able to stop onadime

    LOL @ Magic's constant praising of Jordan in this game and Jordan's wink at Magic after he hit that shot. Jordan wasn't about jersey popping like a clown -- he was more subtle (and tactful) than that.

    What U SHOULD be wishing for, is to see kobe & lebron compete against the HIGH level of SKILL & the tougher defensive rule of thumb that existed in the league during the "Golden Era" so U can see what those 2 guys are REALLY made of..

    Why do you have to bring Kobe into this? This is a Michael Jordan video. Not a "Michael Jordan vs Kobe Bryant" video.

  • @JokoDan23
    @JokoDan23 16 років тому +2

    your talking about the golden era of the nba here.
    Its just that like magic said. There is Michael and the rest of us.
    magic in this game commented something about michael to play for the higher league.. but too bad MJ was the only player in that league.

    Do you have this whole game? I think there is a point in this game where Enberg asks Magic what's the difference between the Bulls and other teams and he asks looking back at the Finals 2 years ago what could they have done to come out on top.

  • @jordanlover23
    @jordanlover23 16 років тому +1

    Jordan averaged a mere 7.6 FTA/gm during the first three-peat (age 27.5-30). Go look at how many players we've had over 9 FTA/gm in each of the last 4 seasons. The "Jordan got all the calls" stuff is nonsense that's not backed up by ANY evidence.

    So true....MJ's hands were the best hands to ever touch the ball. They were huge!!! Thats a big advantage he ....excuse me, HE had over Kobe or anyone else. Lebrom;s got those big mitts as well.

    • @boogieloo1831
      @boogieloo1831 7 років тому

      Beau Miller - Lebron doesn't have those large hands like MJ. He has hands that are proportionate to his height. MJ has the second largest hands in NBA history - just a hair smaller than Wilt's hands. MJ's hands were bigger than nearly every 7-footer on the court.

    You know Magic and Dick Enberg are both at ESPN, maybe they should do games again. A lot better than any team other than Breen, Van Gundy and Mark Jackson.
    Rick Adelman, the coach of the Houston Rockets. Speaking of Rockets, how would Yao Ming do against Manute Bol?

    Imagine if Mj really wanted to shoot a lot of 3pts.. wait in the 96 season he shot 40% from 3pt land google it. So if he didnt retire in 94 and came back after averaging 41 in the Finals to add a legit 3pt arsenal. Man nobody would beat the Bulls and with Rodman.. " @ 6:07 commentator: We're gonna have to send him to a higher league... GOAT

  • @jplaya2023

    Absolutely clyde and jordan aside from PPG and FG% had basically identical stats from 1988-1992. Then in 93 Clyde's body broke down from carrying his team and he wasn't the same until he went to houston in 95 and helped won a title.
    Kobe is a great scorer, clyde Drexler is a great player

    Magic Johnson wasn't kidding when he said, "You touch Michael and it's a foul." Ehh, he's still the greatest, but obviously he gets special treatment. Then again, it's not like the LeBrons and Wades don't get it today.
