Love seeing a little bit of everything. The Catch Clean & Cook is the always the main part and then updates on the anything else towards the end is perfect. I love to watch the progress.
25-30 year's ago Poor Mans Lobster use to be on the menu all the time when going out for fish on Friday's. Least in Wisconsin it did. Usually was Cod or Pollock served boiled.
Feed you chickens scratch as well it will be a substitute in there diet it has cracked corn, sunflower seeds, etc you can just throw it out on the ground for them and they will pick it up off the ground
My family has a good recipe for catfish. The finished product is basically a catfish soup inside of a tinfoil pouch. It makes the catfish meat tender and the skin taste amazing. I’m pretty sure it would work with any other fish too but I’ve only tried it for catfish.
What a better way to try and past time with a new vidya from mullet man and flair, waiting for my newest grand child to be born. I need the distraction since no one but the other parent is allowed. 😭
We turned a whole two door shed into a chicken coop. We built extra rafters for them to roost in at night. Got about 24 chickens and 5 chicks. Usually get about 14-19 eggs a day. I started out with the same little coop you have in this video
You could fix that boat trailer tire. But what I'd do is a wild fish and game recipe cooking episode, where you just cook either new recipes or tried and true recipes from family and friends
The higher the protein you give them will make your hens lay more eggs. If you do give them higher protein food like turkey starter mix it 3/4 of turkey starter to 1/4 of scratch and give them the oyster shell as well
I definitely need to get out and get fishing more...I miss catching fish. The weather here sucks in Pittsburgh, but we have so many rivers that we can fish. I just never have anyone to go with and we never catch shit. It's sad.
Some of the rain needs to come to South Florida we haven’t had rain for like a month or so!!! Great videoed love fishing. Fish here in Florida almost everyday!!
Go squirrel hunting and make fried buffalo squirrel. Quarter them and fry them like chicken wings eith a light breading then toss them in your favorite sauce. Love your videos dude, keep at it!
If you build it they will lay. I'm waiting to see what you and your Dad come up with. Congratulations to you and your family for the upcoming new edition. Keep the great video content coming.
Burbet. A nasty looking fish but it has a tuff meat that has a better consistency once it’s boiled. I catch them up in Lake Superior. The true poor mans lobster
Your chickens will lay more when they get comfortable with their surrounding it takes a little while. Free range is the best way for eggs. Plus if youre like me theyll eat up the ticks. Love the videos man stay safe out there 🖒 . Btw any tanning videos would help me out alot.
I can't even imagine not knowing how to hunt and fish for food.. People who don't know how to find a friend to teach you... I was raised COUNTRY and I'm not worried about food I catch or kill what is in my freezes... My children and grandchildren love to hunt and fish with me and grandma 🇨🇱🤘🙏💯💯
Great day of fishing, nice amount of fish. ( Yes I have tried cod with just sugar in boiling water, and it was great. ) Cowboy Kent Rollins has a video on cooking it! The fish chunks are 1” but they are heavy and do sink to the bottom, and float when cooked. Thank you
Back in South Africa we make mock-crayfish with an ocean caught fish known as Kingklip. The meat is much firmer than Hake and is perfect for making mock-crayfish. I wish you could go and get some fish from Cape Town. You would love it. (^_^)
Try cooking it in heavy cream and a few pepper corns cook the same way you did its so much better than the way you cooked it I've try both way really try it with heavy cream and peppercorn dont for get the peppercorn it makes all the difference
Put some golf balls in the roost with them. My dad always did this when I was growing up. It’s supposed to get them to start laying eggs more often because they think it’s a egg.
I have 4 silkies. The go up my ladder ever day. And then roost with the rest of my hens and rooster.. you build what you want. The chickens will adapt to it.

My wife's grandma started making this for the family way back in the 50's. She has a few family secrets on making poor man's lobster.
25-30 year's ago Poor Mans Lobster use to be on the menu all the time when going out for fish on Friday's. Least in Wisconsin it did. Usually was Cod or Pollock served boiled.
Fish in a ziploc bag with buttermilk for 30 minutes, dredge in Atkinson’s seafood breader, fry and enjoy.
Episode ideas....Do an episode where you show your favorite guns and what you use it to hunt or an episode on where you grew up and how you grew up.
I mainly fish for cod, flounder and pollock here in Norway but this looks good
Thise were my great grandmas favorite when my uncle brought a bunch of cats and bass home..
Love seeing the chickens and the salad that goes so well with..... uh, hard boiled eggs!
Take the eggs they lay and cook the shells in the oven at 350 for a few minutes and crush them up and feed them to the chickens, provides calcium!
Self quarantine at the ranch the other day and smoked the crappie and bass in a pond.
You should totally make a Chicken coop like that!!! It looks so unique and I love the layout of it!!!
I love catching those! Gonna try and get after them a little harder this year
Morel mushroom season is starting up if you like mushrooms. Thrill of the hunt makes me forage for mushrooms!
