What a beautiful boy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do. Even though you were not feeling well, you still drove the distance and helped with this rescue. Everyone who assisted in this endeavor deserves a big “Thank You”. This gorgeous boy is alive and well and sleeping safely tonight all due to everyone's caring hearts.
Aww, what a cutie! Awesome job Kit, Valerie and others who were involved in the rescue . I wish just like the ASAP does the commercials, we could get a commercial out about not dumping guinea pigs and small animals!
I hope you Feeling better now😢 thank you for helping this beautiful little piggie. Of course a garden is always a Paradies for Piggies. But in safety Arena at his owners that protecting and watching them and with other pigs of course. I will never understand how can someone dump an animal. I cry when I think about when I would stop to having piggies in an emergency case. But who loves its Pets would always always give them then in good hands. How can they live with the knowledge that the poor little Babies could die bc of this cruel Behaviour of this human 😢
He's just darling!! I totally know that area!! I used to work up there!! He looks like Fudge ripple ice cream abd Fudge is pretty appropriate if you remember Fudge, the brother in the Ramona the Pest books!!!
Oh Valerie, our very own Angel!!!!! He is so blasted cute. I, from the bottom of my heart, thank you and all those that helped get this little guy! Thank goodness he was in better shape than our Joe and especially our Bunson!!!!!! 😇😇😇😇
Great job. Piggies are tough to catch outside. When I rescued my two girls, I decided to take them outside to enjoy some grass. I was bending down to put the girls in the enclosure, and Coco escaped, foreshadowing her sassiness. She ran underneath our huge shed. We have foxes and hawks and three kitties who wouldn't hurt her inside, but not sure how they would would react to her outside. Plus, it wouldn't be right to just hope she got into a trap. The irony is I rescued the girls from a coworker who had an alligator. So desperate times... I know it sounds mean, but nothing else we tried worked. I got out our pressure washer and used the stream of water to herd her into boxes I had at openings. We were careful not to hit her with the stream of water, but it worked great, and my sassy lass was with us for 5 yrs. What I didn't know was that two weeks later, she would give birth to 3 boys and a girl. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened to them if I couldn't have caught her.
