The whole foregone album is great. Really hope you do a few more from this album, especially one called "In the Dark", but if you want to try an older one... "A New Dawn" is an amazing song. Love the reactions, keep going guys!

I've been subbed for a while now, but I never see anyone talking about how great the channel name is. Sounds like a Witcher 3 or Skyrim NPC, but it's so fitting at the same time lol.

Takes time to get used to growling and screaming. When I started listening to metal as a kid I couldn't listen to any songs with it and actually In Flames were the ones that bridged the gap for me because of their incredible combination of melodic heaviness and fantastic screaming.
When it comes to Anders' (singer) clean voice, trust me you don't want to hear it live. It's all overly produced in their last few albums because he simply cannot sing clean vocals. That's a fact. Been to their live shows 3 times and when Anders is in form he has for me the best screams in the whole industry due to his unique screaming tone and some of the worst cleans you'll ever hear live.
It's by far my favorite band of all time and I love Anders but I'm also realistic about his capabilities.

Anders has also never been shy about admitting that he cant sing. That being said, In Flames has never been better live than they are right now in my opinion.

Not really, at least not in my experience. Been to 3 of their concerts. 2009, 2011 and 2023. By far the best was 2009. 2011 was awful as Anders lost his voice even when it comes to screams.
2023 was good but not nearly as good as in 2009.
Look at their 2004 performances in Hammmersmith and Sticky Fingaz. Then something like 2006 rock am ring. They were the best then.
Also what is the point of changing sound direction of a band to something a singer can't do live? Metal was always about live and In Flames early 2000's were on the best bands on the planet live.
