God I love this. But can I just say that halfway through I start expecting a record scratch sound and Fuhrer King Bradley to come in and say, "sorry to disappoint, but NOT DEAD."?
i admit that i 've never seen the animation of fullmetal alchemist only have heard of it, but this piece is so damn attractive. it's just like the whole journey has ended, and the traveler finally stopped his footstep. epic.
This makes me feel happy. But also sad at the same time. I'm happy that everything worked out for Edward and Alphonse. But sad that their journey can no longer continue. That we can no longer laugh at their silly mistakes or funny situations. But I am also happy that their journey ended in happiness and not in sadness. Live on Edward and Alphonse you will forever be in our hearts and memories. We all love you
This series is the one with the msot amazing, powerful and satisfying conclusion I've ever seen. This song allows me to recall everything that occurred and makes me feel the climax of everything, and I wonder if this is how the characters felt too.
In a little town of Spain, Ubeda, there was a special event in summer 2012, where famous composers from cartoon series and videogames were summoned to. The event was PlayFest, and I was able to listen to some great composers of videogames and series such as "Green Lantern", "Batman"... And the main course for the concert: Akira Yamaoka, composer of "Silent Hill". Seeing him on concert with his guitar, orchestra and chorus was... well, the nearest I´ll be from the experience you suggest. Awesome!
If they ever make a movie out of Fullmetal Alchemist that gets nominated for any Academy Awards, I would picture the TV ad using this music, particularly when it starts at 1:31 - "Nominated for 10 Academy awards including Best Director, Best Picture..."
Is it just me, or would anyone else absolutely LOVE to go and see an orchestra just play tracks from this anime? ....*thinking about it*.... ...wow.... amazing.... 0_0
This is what I keep thinking: "Today we remember our fallen friends, who supported us and gave their lives to save ours. But, today, we also honor those who served dutifully and loyally beyond the call of duty..." [not from anything, just improved that]
this is just so BEAUTIFUL!! I could just picture Roy, Riza, and the rest of the squad standing tall and proud....and looking way COOL!!!! xD I love it!!!!!!!!
I found this ost on the night the Lakers won the NBA finals in 2020. Imagine them playing this over the victory and then COVID swooping through and BOOOM! A surge in COVID cases. COVID: "Greetings! I'm back."
Thus series was far most the greatest anime series of all time and fullmetal alchemist brotherhood had a better ending than fullmetal alchemist because in fullmetal alchemist it ended with Alphonse getting his body back but being a 10 year old boy who didn't remember what happened after ten and Ed got sent to the other side of the gate where alchemy excisted. In fullmetal alchemist brotherhood it ended with Alphonse getting his original body back as 14 and remembered everything and Ed only gave
Not sure if Kimblee would give a dislike. He is ruthless but he is not unable to give respect where due. If the rebels won against Homonculi and he saw it, he would respec their strenght.
Damn i need more full metal alchemist.....i cant find anything that as good or close to it. Bleach is shit filled with fillers compared to FMA brotherhood and shippuden....the story is just being dragged out.
*Soldiers cheering, whooping, celebrating*
Bradley: Gentlemen, I'm back.
this song is sad, patriotic, proud, and happy all at once.
in other words, Akira Senju is a genius
Glorious is what comes to mind- powerful and majestic, I play it on a loop over and over
If Major Armstrong had died in the anime, this music would be more than fitting for his funeral.
A comment from 8 years ago are you alive?

King Bradley: Imma let you finish but....
King Bradley: Don't start the party without me
Classic delivery!
It's a longer, slower version of the Amestris Military March, and it has just as much "oomph" despite the softer tone.
Wow, so it is
i admit that i 've never seen the animation of fullmetal alchemist only have heard of it, but this piece is so damn attractive. it's just like the whole journey has ended, and the traveler finally stopped his footstep. epic.
really!!
A fullmetal heart..
K-irsch Tee A heart made fullmetal..
it plays during the last episode (64) when everyone is parting ways
This makes me feel happy.

I am both amazed and extremely envious at the same time.

this is just so BEAUTIFUL!!
I could just picture Roy, Riza, and the rest of the squad standing tall and proud....and looking way COOL!!!! xD

Love this Anime...
This is just like a slow version of Amestris Military March and just as good!!!!!!
“Greetings, I’m back”
They can have my heart, my eternal fanhood for all the years I shall live, just give me a sequel! Equivalent exchange!
I found this ost on the night the Lakers won the NBA finals in 2020. Imagine them playing this over the victory and then COVID swooping through and BOOOM! A surge in COVID cases.
COVID: "Greetings! I'm back."
I was half expecting you to say that Kobe was gonna say that. XD
This theme sounds like the team is about to give up, but the leader gives the inspirational speech and they go further to the goal and achieve it.
This could easily be used for a Band of Brothers tribute oh my
Man, with this song I can just imagine the end of this show (and I haven't even seen the ending yet!) Such an amazing song.
11 Years, tell us. How do you see the endig now?
Is it just me or does the very beginning of this song (first ten seconds) sound exactly like the 'Little House on the Prairie' theme? XD
Too good too good. Miss you FMA

Makes me want to play one of the old Medal of Honor games.
Makes me want to play any WWII game.
I concur!
Don't forget, human transmutation is possible. There's just one missing piece: a soul.
HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEESSSS!!! We miss you!! T_T
Goosebumps while listening to this!
1st episode memories...
Things like this...Sounds like this are the only things that seem to make me feel much of anything anymore.
*nods* Yeah, methinks the cover-art helps with that mental image. ;3
I want this music playing on my funeral.
i think reading your comment with the music playing was awesome ^-^ just saying
God, this is making me tear up
I feel like i should be at some graduation ceremony or some kind of army presentation =)
the 9 dislikes = the seven homunculi, kimblee and father
Not sure if Kimblee would give a dislike.
He is ruthless but he is not unable to give respect where due. If the rebels won against Homonculi and he saw it, he would respec their strenght.
This sounds like it was made for a military funeral.
:'o( Brigadier General Maes Hughes
Sigues vivo?
who else feels like giving an inspirational speech?
Hello Torchwick
God....This makes me want to glomp Hiromu Arakawa and tell her 'FMA WAS AWESOME :DDD' I loved this anime/manga so much...Q w Q' The best!
Her name is actually Hiromi, and she used Hiromu because most people would not read a series written by a woman. Just a fun fact.
Oh God, this song makes me cry just listening to it! Gah!
:'D
Thanks :)
Anyone else feel an insane desire to conduct this thing?
I'm playing it on LOOP, and it hasn't lost it's impact, amazing music!
positive determited
OOOHOHO! LT. ROSS!!!
you're not alone there
I want them to play this at my funeral the day I die (hopefully many many many maaanny decades from now lol)
You still alive?
This sounds so powerful. I can't exactly remember when they played this though.
Can you remember 11 years later?
@familyguyfan74 YES!!! My thoughts exactly! I would pay to see and hear an orchestra play the FMA scores.
yea but tht was cause he wasn't in there for as long and Brotherhood was a little darker if u no wht I mean :P
0 dislikes... this video is troll proof!
El, six jagoffs have visited this page in the last few years, but you were close!
This reminds me of the United States Marine Corps haha.
When did this play?
first episode, at the very beginning
also when the rebels beat central right before bradley announced he was back
I'M BACK.
I've already seen'em all. :( Just wishful thinking, I'm afraid.
@pkerch00b1 all bleach has going for it are the characters and fight scenes thats about it
This is a remix.
I really want to c tht :(

Greetings, I'm back.
I mean, Bradley might as well be a final boss phase.
I mean didn't excisest
@naruto8279 He wasn't quite as funny as in the original anime, though.
