I know how Anxiety attacks can get been dealing with them for 4 years. I’ve gone to the hospital thinking I’m dying but in reality it’s just heart palpitations I will get for getting to anxious. Now they become more less (: try avoiding things that will trigger your anxiety like caffeine, lots of sugar, too much greasy food, bad energy, & negative people. I’m not someone who knows a lot but I know you’re not alone. I hope it helps in the future ❤️ Meditation & Exercising helps as well 😊 Stay positive!

That's what helps me, maybe that makes you feel worse but seeing them just running around and yelling at zombies distracts me from my anxiety a lot and gets me ready to go back to what was making me anxious.
