I just applied easy prime to a floor, and the finish most definitely has a colour. It is tinted with red colorant, and it is darker than Bona's IntenseSeal. Just a heads up for those wondering about this. And it does not always dry in 45 minutes. It took well over 1.5 hours or my coat to dry, probably due to high relative humidity. I do have to say that it performed much better than Bona's IntenseSeal, in that it left no lap marks anywhere, even though it is darker. The open time is great on this product.
I was told to wait over night by city floor supply then add my easy finish the next day . Wait a day after that then cut it with 150-180 with an obs . Then apply apply might second coat .
I applied the easyprime last night and now that it’s dry I see I have left some subtle but noticeable lap marks. I’m thinking I applied it a little too thin seeing as I had more left over than expected. Should I add a second coat easyprime or am I better off moving on to the 2 coats of finish?
This guy should have been an actor the company says the shelf life of the product is 6 months he says don't pay attention to that void your warranty not in so many words but that's what he saying words are not proof I have never used this product and I would never go by what somebody said for sure I wouldn't believe one of your salesman tell me the bad things about your product
I have had bona mega for 2 and 3yrs max, still good on the bottle. Have not tried the newer waterborne like loba but with bona is guaranteed my friend.
I keep my loba in a loba bucket. I've been using this bucket for months now and I just pour gallons in when it gets low. I have zero issues. P.s. I'm the guy with the green shirt in the video.
Very nice detailed information. Thank you.
Loba is the best water finish on the market in my opinion. I absolutely love the Invisible.

Tom says do not wait for the EasyPrimer to dry. It's gonna drive you crazy. Go to lunch and come back. 😝
If it puddles even a little on the edge it leaves a dark spot.
Wait so ur telling me you would use the roller instead of a brush against wall edges?

Loba optiprime its similar?? In Spain only have optiprime not easy prime.. thanks
He says to not add amberizer to the sealer. I'd like to know if you should just add it to the first coat of finish, or to both final coats of finish.
very good instructor
Is there a secret to using the Viva?It seems to dry too fast and doesn't spread well with the tbar
Can I use easy prime on jatoba/brazilian cherry, or is it too oily?

Same issue here. We went ahead with the two coats hoping after it cures it will be less noticeable
The marks disappeared after the finish coat no problem
Do I have to watch this thing or has anyone put a 2nd coat of easy prime to get the floor more amber...or do I just use the amberizer in the viva
1 coat primer is enough
1 coat is enough all other is waste of money :D
Did I just saw Bill Murray walked in?
I hated water base poly until we switched to Loba. We used Bona for years, hands down Loba is superior.

LiPe VoLcOm 🤣🤣bona is such a thin product you have to do 3 coats before you buff for a final, or you burn right on through bona.
