Yes you may find snow at that time in Rohtang Pass but there is no 100% surety. You can check my videos 3/4 days before your arrival.

Is time pe Rohtang Pass, Baralacha Pass ya Shinkula Pass to band hote hain. Us time Koksar, Sissu me snow mil sakti h aapko. Aane se 2/4 din pehle ke videos check kar sakte hain aap.

It’s better to go from Koksar side via Atal Tunnel as roads from Kothi and Gulaba is not good as some repair work is going on.

I am extremely disappointed with the infrastructure of this place. Roads are narrow & in terrible condition. There are traffic jams everywhere & one has to think not twice but many times before leaving hotel to visit any place as one is not sure when he would come back. Driving is literally impossible. The whole town is filled with smoke & smells of diesel. Going out would only mean tension & no relaxation. Even reaching Manali from place like Delhi is a herculean task as the road after Kartarpur is in a terrible shape. Please go anywhere on earth but don't come to Manali. It is hell on earth Due to NGT ruling for only 1300 vehicles permits to Rohtang Pass, I found lot of corruption at permit level and tourists were getting looted. Before NGT ruling, Innova fare for Rohtang Pass was INR 4000 which they are charging now INR 16000. Surprisingly, I found more than 5000 vehicles in Rohtang, instead of 1300. So, basically, there was no reduction in vehicles permit to Rohtang after NGT ruling but charges were almost quadrupled due to corruption in granting permit. It's better to look for some other place than Manali in summer due to such corrupt practices. I am highly disappointed with my trip and promise never to visit manali again not recommend it to others.😊😊
Yes sir roads are narrow but it’s difficult to maintain in such conditions. Sometimes roads are broken due to rain sometimes due to snowfall. Traffic jams will be there if you come in May and June. One should never complain of traffic jams if he/she is planning if peak season. Most of the travellers plan in off beat locations and in off season months to avoid traffic. I myself provide cars to Rohtang Pass in peak May June season alto approx rs 4500/5000, desire rs 5500/6000, erotica rs 7500 and Innova rs 9000. I don’t know how a person so intelligent like you paid rs 16000 without enquiring from 2/3 car vendors. I can’t talk anything about the number of vehicles as I never counted that and also there are places like Baralacha Pass and Shinkula top that can be covered from Manali and they don’t have much traffic.
@@explorewithmahiwals5113 However, The one thing I didn’t like to highlight is about adventure activity at snow point. We visited snow point which was after atal tunnel.
Our taxi driver stopped vehicle at one shop to rent clothes for snow point. They asked to buy several adventure activities. I was not ready for that but they convince me by saying that it will be exiting and memorable. However, My experience was not good for those activities. For 2 min. skiing, there was one hour waiting. There was one more small activity for which again 1 hour waiting. So, I would not recommend anyone to take any adventure activity at snow point as those are really costly and not worth. Instead you can just go to snow and enjoy there. Mostly cabs driver and tourister are we dislike they used to charge so high from tourist . Even there were not A so much broad area for roaming and for do adventure but still there charges so high to the customer for worst things .😃
