Crab & Mussels Curry
Cleaned crab and mussels
1 red onion, use any onion
Olive oil
Fresh garlic and Crushed garlic & ginger
Curry paste chicken/fish paste (laksa paste)
Curry leaves or curry powder
Bay leaves,
Turmeric, - Six gun (all-purpose spice
Cape Malay Curry powder
2 blended tomatoes
Water
Coconut milk
Lemon juice (to drizzle on the crab while cooking and while serving)
