    Thank you! Been doing shin box poses to loosen my hip joints, but hadn’t thought of (or been told to) sit on something to keep my hips level, rather than just on the floor. They’re not so uneven that the position is uncomfortable but when moving into a bridge my lower back felt “wrong”… until I put a towel under my butt 😆👍
