When taking the wiper blade off the wiper arm, the *angle* of the blade part to the arm part is important. There isn’t a clip or lever to press or release. Try about 80 degrees.

My 2018 Toyota CHR looks like it has the exact same setup as what you've got in your video but I swear to God I'm going to break my fingers off trying to get that base clip to slide back. I cannot get it to budge no matter what I do.
