Can this tree grow in Tucson, AZ?

The best bet is to go with a pine. Spruce like cool temperatures and humidity; they'll grow in full sun to part shade, in well-draining, rocky soils. Tucson gets a little too warm for optimal growing conditions.

Hello....."This time of year" means nothing when you don't know what time of the year that is.....!?

Video was uploaded August 2022. I think they mention August in the video as well.

@@PRCDoug I guess I missed it in the video...though I was listening for it. Date uploaded doesn't mean much either since these things can be uploaded anytime after production....even years after....

Hi @gerry6265, Perry mentions in the video that, "once we get to the middle of August we want to consider pruning spruce trees".

"This time of year?" Sixty seconds of no information, no name of the variety, no age of tree, no information on where in the world this tree is...
Word of advice: THINK about what it is you are trying to make an informational video about... AND THEN, only then, turn on the camera and start recording. This video was literally a waste of electricity and bandwidth.

Hi @Chunderbluck, Perry mentions in the video that, "once we get to the middle of August we want to consider pruning spruce trees". This is true for all spruce trees (and also pine). Classic is located in Edmonton Alberta, we have that information on our profile. Happy pruning everyone!
