You should be able to sign players like De Ligt and Florian Wirtz as Replacements for them.
As for Rashford, I think you should stick with him as he is quite the Dedicated Utd player...

PCQ: You should look for Xavi Simmons, he is less expensive than Wirtz and he could be a fierce attacker for defenders to deal with. Another option is Wirtz too but i think Simmons has more. Great players both of them. Also Warren Zaïre-Emery is an option, not for CAM but he could be a next generation player for you!

Simon's isn't a Passing guy. Bruno is, we need someone that can replace brunos passing ability aswell as dribbling and creating space. Simon's is an excellent choice but Wirtz is just better

Still i think Wirtz is an option and he should definetly try to go for him or Simmons, i just think he should have more options and Simmons is a great option if u ask me. To replace Bruno, i suggest Odegaard from Arsenal since he is that type of playmaker, maybe sign a young CAM like Arda Guler to grow, and use Almada for rotations. To replace Casemiro, sign someone young and strong or you could start Todibo and use a youth academy CB to grow. To replace Rashford, use Garnacho on the LW and play Almada/Mount on the RW as they deserve more game time. I also think that you should start Depay and Mara more if you don’t trust Hojlund as much
