NATO Military radio teardown & walk & talk, UHF High powered PA lots of goodies inside.Marconi

Made in partnership with marconi defence (elliot brothers london) this is a military possibly ex Royal Navy radio tranceiver, we strip it down & look at the insude modules & reverese engineer its design, we take a look at the Receiver, Inverter, Synthersizer, RF Power Amplifier, VCO, Modulator, Looking at it its very well put together, & we have fun taking it apart, we find some very expensive parts that are worth salvaging making it very worth while taking the time to strip it down, this radio looks to have a 3 section RF receiver front end suspect its for some kind of diversity or frequency agile operaiton for EW (electronic warfare) or ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) to ensure uninterupted communicaitons. Looks to be from the 1980's which for its day it was quite advanced & is heavy just under 20Kg,
