@@allarchitect Wow, such assumptions! According to her bio, she started young by attending antiques auctions with her mother and helping her decorate the family home. Studied interior design at a college in Boston and then worked at an antiques gallery where she met the legendary duo Sister Parish and Albert Hadley. She went to work for them as a secretary and learned all the ropes and later opened her own firm. The rest, as they say, is history.
