For 370k plus HOA community, builder chose to use the cheapest material throughout the house compared to other videos you shared. 400k houses much much better, I guess that 30k makes so much difference in houses. Thank you Rafael as always.
The difference between what’s available in the High $300s and Low $400s in Port St Lucie is pretty significant in terms of quality finishes and what’s available. I recorded a video today of a home that all in is between $400k-415k depending on the lot No HOA and you get tile planks throughout, impact glass windows, granite countertops and soft close cabinetry, and tiled showers + tub in the master as a 4/2 on a larger lot. But today’s video is the lowest priced HOA new home and you’ve got to start somewhere.
You get what you pay for.
As w/everything, it depends on the builder. We've seen more expensive homes w/ those cheap looking bathrooms. 🤨

I actually film most of the home tours on the channel before or after meeting with clients at said home/community so it all works out

The HOA/CDD fees in this community are actually the lowest in the city at ~165/month. Most in this area are $4-600/month but typically include cable, internet, security alarm, lawn care and irrigation where this one does not.

They only need a $10k deposit up front and however much you need/want to out down is worked out with the lender for closing.

No in that price range there are only 55+ condos and manufactured homes
