One of two things happened.
A. The woman intentionally sent that dog to a place where there was a lot of crocodiles.
B. Or out of ignorance she let her dog go loose and this was the consequence.
A. You notice the person didn't even scream or react. Some people will do anything to make a video and get likes
A. Notice the person never made a noise or reaction. They had to have planned this for likes.
Animal cruelty especially to your dog. The video is steady and seems dog owner was waiting for this to happen.
