- Are you new to Stampin' Up! like I am?! I finally figured out the BEST storage solution and how to mount the "cling" stamps. Let me show you some great tips and what you DON'T want to do.

There is an easier way to adhere the sticker just open slightly at the perforation. Take the sticker of bend back the perforation slightly tap on your hand slightly to lighten the stickiness adhere to your block turn it over and you can see exactly where the stamps go!!

I never put the stickers on the stamps. They stick to the blocks just fine without them, I find. It’s easier to pull back only one side of the sticker sheet at a time, which leaves you some wiggle room to get the rest of the stamp lined up. 🙂🇨🇦

@@HollyVeselenak you’re so welcome! The cling stamps originally never had the extra stick on the back so they never stuck to the blocks properly. We would just leave off the stickers and use them that way.
Hello Holly, the red rubber unmounted stamps are the best stamps SU sell it is the same rubber they have made since they sold with wood blocks till they were discontinued in 2018 Out of the two choices. You will find they stamp more precise ,because the etching is deeper than their photopolymer which i dislike. It is not a polymer like CTMH My acylix its a softer flexible SU is harder polymer .so i feel once the labels are stuck on your red rubber cling stamp . do not worry about using the scrap piece of aperture left over rubber sheet . I have never felt they dry out in the plastic case . But what i have found they are super sticky and stick down too much to the plastic .Quite the opposite to what you have been told. To stop this partly tap your sticky mounted stamp on your wrist not too much this gives a balance to cling on the block and cling to the DVD style storage cases. you will also find less beading of SU ink with red rubber etched images, like the aeroplane stamp set you are showing. Just my personal way which has worked for me.

Can I a suggest that in future you don’t pull off both sides of the backing? I only peel one half, stick the stamp on that half then when it’s aligned properly I peel the other half off. It will help remove the possibility of tearing the stamp.
