    I just got mine in the mail! I couldn't resist but started playing it immediately.
    It's a fantastic little harp and I am amazed at how much more responsive it feels than my Grover harp. Thanks for helping me choose this harp!
    Also, thank you for your generosity and for your handwritten note! I was really blown away by that. I want all my harps to come from Harpery now!

    This is my first khomus and I think this is a really good harp for beginners. Beautiful, warm and happy sound for a low price

      I agree. It is the best in its price range and adequate to grow on. I had a ton of fun on mine when I first got it.

      @@bebbcorpharpery7331 I understand you. I will never forget this feeling - playing for the first time, such a fun and spiritual experience at the same time!

      Most definitely. It has spiritual and mind expanding qualities for those who wish it. The overtones dance where your brain lives. I like to describe the harp as a journey. Good luck on your journey and may it take you to the most unexpected of places.

    I bought mine through amazon. It was the best option for me considering budget. Works great!

    I came across the Potkin Vargan through trial and error looking for a decent inexpensive mouth harp, and they are great! It has great sound, and while small; my big clumsy fingers are able to hold and pluck it effortlessly. A very good choice for a intermediate mouth harp player like myself.

    Sounds good for the price. Seen on Amazon Vine after I did a Star review.
    And, of course, I came to the expert to see how it sounded. Think am going to get a Lighthouse for its base.

      The more you play the better you will get at making stronger sounds. Check out my video, “How to play the Jaw Harp, a beginners tutorial,” for first harp techniques.

    Good day, I've been into your videos for about 2 months now. I've had a junk Groover for about the same time I got from my music store. Just this morning I've finally ordered a Potkin, and well as a Glazyrin Pilot so I can finally have better quality. As much as I wanted even higher quality, like a alpha or star, even though I'm a beginner, I was kinda worried on not using it right and putting harm on the harp. I was wondering if you could make a video or explain the risks of a quality harp for beginner's since this has been on my mind for quite sometime. Thanks.
    (I couldn't find a spot to send you a message, and didn't want to send one over FB through Harpery, so I picked here)

      Howdy. All of the harps you described have fairly flexible reeds. I would suggest playing the harp inwards for safety sake, along with careful technique. You will really like the pilot as well as the potkin. You can email me at bebbcorp1@gmail.com and my website also has all of those harps and more theharpery.com

    Hi i would like to ask about the PAVEL POTKIN STANDARD SIZE VARGAN WITH DECORATIVE BROWN CASE is it the one you’re using in this video and is it good for beginners (first time trying the jew harp) and would it damage my tounge or my teeth

    • @bebbcorpharpery7331
      @bebbcorpharpery7331  3 роки тому

      It is a good jaw harp for the beginner and is relatively safe. Be sure to use good technique and also do not use if y have oral health problems, loose teeth, or teeth prone to breaking.

      That may be possible. Shoot an email to The Great Porky Miller at theharpery@gmail.com and he may be able to add a Kuwait shipping option. Harp on, harp out, and harp often. 🙂🙏❤️

    Would buck teeth get in the way of playing one of these? I would like to get one (especially since it comes with a case) but I think my teeth may get in the way, especially since they are all in kind of weird positions.

    • @bebbcorpharpery7331
      @bebbcorpharpery7331  Рік тому

      You should be fine. My front two teeth go inward, so I only have two teeth on top touching. The harp just needs a few teeth to rest against.
