    thanks for showing your society and flat. Lift and common area main power backup chalega kya? sabji/ration/school/hospital/regular shopping -- ye sab nazdeek (within 2-3km) hain kya? factory/office kitne paas hain, i mean who will rent these units? thanks again.

      @@myfirstcrush5476 Hello, here in this project only 2 BHK are there.. you can get 3 in some other projects. yes u can sale the unit ... with some period.. i.e for me 5 years after buying.. 4 years completed. for me.

      yes on resale... recently i have come to know some one has bought on 14 floor at 30 lac.... 2 bhk ... u can check on property portals... no metro yet.... huda is the nearest..... somewhere 30Km....
